Of course, the more votes you get, the more likely it is that your name will be drawn, but that’s the same with any lottery.
Wondering how to get votes? Well, considering that some contestants have already got tens of thousands of votes, you’ll have to look beyond friends and family (unless THIS is your family.) Get in touch with people using Twitter and Facebook, get dressed up and take over your neighbourhood, do publicity stunts and get people interested in getting you the hell out of town for 6 months! Use your imagination and have fun with it.
