We have exciting news! A world first, no less. Vanessa Dawson is going to humiliate herself in public in the name of the contest!
This is one hell of a competitor. She first rocked our world when she added a video of Peter Griffin singing the Surfin Bird song aka Bird is the Word to her profile. It was one of those moments when the whole office collectively thought – why DID we start this thing?
Next up, she created a Facebook campaign. Very clever!! It's also full of testimonials from her brother about how annoying she really is.
As if all this effort and ingenuity wasn't enough, Vanessa has now offered to sing Bird Is The Word LIVE in Hyde Park if she gets up to 1,000 votes. Or perhaps that should be WHEN she gets up to 1,000 votes – there is no way we are going to let this pass. We have to witness the Surfin Bird.
