"Why GET RID OF Kayla Bate? When I sat down with my older sister to discuss possible convincing reasons to get rid of me (because really, who better to come up with reasons then my older (though not as much the wiser as she may think) sister) there seemed to be almost too many reasons! We managed to narrow it down though, and below are the top 3 reasons to GET RID OF Kayla Bate. 1. I have a serious appetite for photography. I love taking pictures of People, Places, Things, Animals, and whatever beautiful landscape I find myself standing by or on. However, I’ve been living in the Okanagan for 17 years and I’m beginning to feel like I’ve taken a picture of nearly everything there is to take a picture of! Can you imagine what 18 countries and 6 months could do for my appetite?! Whoa right?! ... 2. I have a secondary passion that is constantly taking over my imagination and daily day dreaming thoughts.. TRAVEL! I love planning trips, taking trips, movies on airplanes, new places and spaces, luggage, maps and the adventure that goes with all of it! This trip would be the highlight of.my.life. No longer would travel invade my day dreams. It would invade my memories, my heart and soul and of course, my photo album. 3. And 3... There was some serious thought to what #3 should be. Although I had some ideas of my own.... this one comes more from my sister’s point of view. She has been living in close proximity to me for almost 25 years. And thinks that is really quite enough. With 6 months she would have the opportunity to take over my car, my house, my things and would have 6 whole months of quiet time! What big sister would not think this was a glorious idea!! Although she does assure me that she will miss me...... after awhile. :) So that’s my story. That’s my case. PLEASE SEND ME ON THE TRIP OF A LIFETIME!"
